This live online course over nine weeks will cover the essential foundations of mindfulness to help you be more present in your daily life, have a greater sense of ease and peace and to make you more light-hearted and playful. 

As a result of the course, you will have the foundations to develop a lifelong mindfulness practice that will help you live a more purposeful life and be better able to connect to those around you. 

Why nine weeks? Aren't most mindfulness courses usually only eight?

They are! But I've decided to add an extra week to mine, all about self-compassion. Why? I think it's one of the most important aspects of mindfulness that has been the most life-changing for me and for the people I work with. As women we tend to be especially bad at being kind to ourselves, tending to take better care of others than we do of ourselves. Traditional mindfulness courses tend not to give self-compassion the attention it deserves, so I've decided to dedicate a whole week to its practice. 


Each week on Thursday evenings at 18.30 CET (17.30 GMT) from 12 January to 9th March.

What do I get? 

The cost includes live 90-minute sessions via Google Meet each week, recorded meditations and practical handouts for each week.

Is this course suitable for everyone?

No. It's not recommended to start practising mindfulness if you're experiencing a bout of depression or have recently been through a traumatic event such as loss. If you're not sure if it's for you, please contact me.

How to register? 

I ask everyone to contact me first and I will send you a free introductory video about me, about mindfulness and this course, and you can decide if it sounds like the right fit for you. If you're not sure, we can have a free call to discuss. 
To confirm registration, you'll need to pay 50% of the course fee and the final 50% before the course start date.
