 1-1 coaching with me uses mindfulness and ACT (acceptance and commitment training) personalised to you. 

It can help you to navigate anxiety, low mood or challenging life events or simply help you make lasting changes to move towards a more purposeful life.  

I also offer individual yoga classes if you feel uncomfortable joining a group class or have specific needs.
